  17. Hola, te paso mi dieta con la que bajé kilo y medio en 1 semana. Me la dio mi nutrióloga, no es inventada y está balanceada. Haz ejercicio y toma 2 litros de agua diarios.

    DESAYUNO
    opción 1:

    1 omelette con jamón de pavo (1ó 2 huevos)
    1 jugo de toronja
    1 pan tostado integral
    café o té sin azúcar

    como opción 2:

    1 plato de cereal sin azúcar con leche descremada y sustituto de azúcar
    si quieres 1/2 plátano
    café o té sin azúcar

    COMIDA
    carne de cuaquier tipo
    ensalada
    verduras cocidas o al vapor
    gelatina light
    café, té o agua mineral

    CENA
    1/2 melón y 1 pera con queso cottage, requesón, fresco o panela
    café o té

    y si te da hambre entre comidas puedes comer todo el pepino y jícama que quieras sólo con limón y poca sal.

  18. si estas en tu peso adecuado y solo deseas bajar abdomen entonces te recomiendo masajes reductores o ampollasreductoras a base de cafeina pero son caras los masajes son mejores y mas sanos eso si , si quieres mejorar tu cueropi necesita tiempo no magia salu2 xoxoxoxoxo

  20. Bueno sin ejercicio va a ser bastante dificil que logres un abdomen plano,, lo único que te puedo recomendar es que no mastiques chicle,, dicen los que saben que masticar chicle es un factor importantisimo de riesgo para tener un abdomen abultado,,
